This is the 4th of our new weekly updates. Each week, we’ll be sending out a message filled with important information about the upcoming week as well as highlights from the previous week.
Please try to read the message each week, as it will be our primary method of communicating things you need to know. Ideally, these messages reach both athletes and parents.
The Week Ahead
Mon, July 18th – Leave for CAMP!! @ Be at the HS no later than 8:30am!!! Camp info here
Tue – July 19th – CAMP
Wed – July 20th – CAMP
Thu – July 21st – Return from camp
We will not hold conditioning this week, while the team is at camp. However, you can still access the workouts using the link below!
We’ve been getting in some great training. We’ve had great turnout every day at conditioning and everyone is doing a fantastic job with the small changes we’ve made to our warm-up routine and our workouts. Keep up the good work!!
Don’t forget to turn in your mileage calendars to Coach McPherson! If it’s easier, email your calendar to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Next week, we will resume “normal” conditioning at Liberty School, Monday at 9:00.

July 18th – July 21st – CAMP (no conditioning)
August 8, 7:00PM at HS Commons – Nearly Mandatory Team Meeting
August 10th – First day of practice – Nike Only
August 13th – Beat the Heat 5K
August 15th – First day of practice for ALL new team members only
August 16th – First day of practice for ENTIRE team
