Summer Conditioning 2017

Welcome! We are glad that you are interested in running cross country for Saline High School in the fall of 2017.

During the summer you should plan on taking part in our summer conditioning program. It is a great opportunity to get to know the team, captains, and coaches, while preparing for what promises to be an exciting season. Keep in mind that we welcome all runners. Regardless of your experience, you will have a group to train with and you are welcome to join us at any point during the summer.

If you are going to join us this summer and want to know about last-minute schedule changes and other updates, it is important that you register with our “Stay Connected” list.

Because of a variety of construction projects scheduled for this summer, we expect that conditioning will be moved on occasion. For now, our tentative conditioning schedule is below. For information on other summer events and start dates, check the weekly update.

Mon – 8:30 AM at HS Track
Tue – 8:30 AM at HS Track
Wed – 8:30 AM at HS Track
Thu – 8:30 AM at HS Track
