Weekly Update – Oct. 31featured

And then there was 1.  It’s on to MIS and the State Meet!  The girls had an impressive showing yesterday at the Regional where they finished 2nd to Pioneer by a score of 47 to 40.  Full results can be found HERE.  Our team results can be found HERE.


State Meet sweatshirts will be available for pick-up on Monday!  If you ordered a sweatshirt, please stop by the running office after school to pick it up.  We have a small number of extras, and we will begin selling them on Wednesday after school.  Cost is $25.

Mon, Oct. 31st – Friday, November 4th – Varsity practice @ 3:00

Mon. Oct. 31st – Tuesday, Nov. 1st – Extended Season practice @3:00

Wed, Nov. 2nd – Post a PR Meet @ Huron Meadows.  Bus leaves at 2:30

Wed, Nov. 2nd – Turn in uniforms after Post a PR meet

Sat. Nov. 5th – State Meet Send-off at the HS @ 9:45 – EVERYONE WELCOME

Sat. Nov. 5th – State Meet @ MIS.  Race times:  Boys 2:00, Girls 3:00


Wednesday, November 2nd

Those participating in the Extended Season will run in the Post a PR meet at Huron Meadows.  Dismissal is at 2:15 and the bus leaves at 2:30.  There will be two races, based on times.  The first race (the faster of the two) is at 4:10, and the second race is at 5:05.  We will know the time standards for each race onMonday or Tuesday.  This has been a large event the past couple of years, and they try to make each race of equal size.  Directions to Huron Meadows can be found HERE.  Traffic can be heavy getting to Huron Meadows, and park entry can be slow, so plan accordingly.  There is a $10 per vehicle fee for cars without a Metroparks pass.


Uniforms must be turned in when we return to the HS!!


Craft Fair Volunteers Still Needed – 11/12 & 11/13
